I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Keith and Charleston Clumping Bamboo. From the very first call, Keith was incredibly helpful—he encouraged me to visit the farm so I could personally select the best bamboo for my specific needs. That hands-on approach made a big difference. Keith is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to guide me toward the right choice based on both my goals and budget. Within just two weeks, he reached out to schedule installation and was very accommodating—even working around my schedule and offering weekend availability. The installation process exceeded my expectations. Keith handled everything from delivery and planting to setting up a drip irrigation system and fertilizing the bamboo—all included in the price. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and the final result looks fantastic. Keith was super helpful and knowledgeable. I thought I knew what I wanted but Keith took the time to explain that it wasn’t the best bamboo for my application. He encouraged me to visit the farm and I’m so glad I did. It was super helpful to see the bamboo in person. He planted the bamboo a few days later and the plants are beautiful. He did not use tiny plants. They are all close to 8’ tall. I HIGHLY recommend Charleston Clumping Bamboo.

I’ve waited a few months before I left a review. I’ve done exactly what Keith told me to do after he planted more than a dozen bamboo plants and the results are exactly what he said would happen. Could not be happier with the end result. My plants in the sun are exactly as tall as he said they would be and he told me the ones in the shade would grow slower, but not to worry. They all grow new shoots and look healthy. He recommended a timer device for my faucet and it has been terrific. Thanks to Keith and his crew, great people doing a great job!!

Keith the owner runs a great bamboo business. Had 15x 7 gallon pots of Alphonse Karr installed at the back fence of our house as a visual and noise barrier to the freeway we back up to. Keith is very knowledgeable of proper planting, placement and design, quantities needed, and more. He even provided another 2 pots and drip tubing on the house so that the project was done right. Look forward to seeing my 20ft+ tall bamboo wall in 2+ years 🤗. I can’t speak yet to how well my bamboo will do, but Keith assured me the placement will be very ideal being in a low lying area for water drainage/runoff + high heat afternoon sun. He also put in proper fertilizer and educated me on seasonal care to ensure everything grows right. Appreciate Keith’s flexibility and professionalism.
